CLASSES NEW YEAR 2011 Friday Classes commence 14th January Friday dates - 14th 21st 28th Jan 4th Feb Wednesday dates - 19th 26th Jan 2nd 9th Feb ABOUT THE CLASSES: Following the tradition of teaching in small groups with plenty of "hands on" help and adjustments. The method is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the lineage of Sri K Patthabi Jois. Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. Maximum 6 students per class. One class in every 4 weeks will be a technique class - focus on student queries or requests for help with particular aspects of the practice. BOOKING: classes need to be booked in blocks of 4 weeks and paid for on week one. You may register for one class or both. COST: £32 for 4 weeks. TIME: 6.45 - 7.45am (the studio will be open approximately 10 minutes before class starts - (please use for warming up if you are early) VENUE: The Studio, 38b Coldharbour Rd, Bristol BS6 7NA. FOUNDATION COURSE
Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga This 4 week course will offer a traditional and thorough approach to this totally inspiring and unique style of Hatha Yoga. The course will provide the practitioner with a sound foundation from which to continue self practice at home or as a springboard for pursuing and developing the practice further. The practice requires commitment, enthusiasm, and energy - and 4 weeks is offered to those who are interested in participating in this "short term adventure into the unknown". This course is aimed at Beginner level - new to Yoga or new to this style. You will need to bring your own mat . (I can sell you a mat if you let me know in advance.) TIME: 7.15 - 8.15pm VENUE: Thai Sabai 12 North View Westbury Park BS6 7QB COST: £40 for 4 weeks.
